Purchases
The customer must provide accurate and complete details at the time of his/her transaction. He/she may be required to provide additional details (address, e-mail, phone number, etc) upon our request to ensure the accuracy and delivery of your order.
If you do provide an incorrect shipping address, four leaf clover gift ship is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Once your order is confirmed, we are not obliged to make any changes or cancellations.
Order Processing
Processing time is around 1 – 3 business days as each piece of jewelry is handmade. For custom items, please allow up to 6 days for order processing. Please keep in mind that order processing is not the same as shipping. Certain items are noted to have different processing times due to stock and availability. Delays in order processing may also occur around promotional sale events and holidays.
Shipping and Lost Items
Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier.
This is why it is crucial to double-check check you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. fourleafclovergiftshop.com is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP.
The customer is responsible for international tax and duties for overseas orders.
We are not responsible for jewelry pieces that tarnish or break if the customer is at fault.
Cancellations
fourleafclovergiftshop.com reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
